The successful candidate will have worked in similar high-end and premium restaurant kitchen environments, now keen to progress in a thriving city centre restaurant and bar, under the vision and leadership of acclaimed Head Chef Lali Suto. The candidate must have experience running and managing his/her own section in the kitchen.
