We are delighted to be assisting a luxury hotel, which is part of a prestigious group of hotels and event venues. Located in the vibrant city of Cardiff, they are looking for an experienced Head Chef to guide their kitchen brigade of 9 in their 2 Rosette restaurant.
Collaborating with their talented Executive Head Chef, you will take the lead in producing consistently high-quality dishes and delivering an unforgettable dining experience.

- £42,000 per annum plus a 10% bonus and £2,500 service charge

Responsibilities as the Head Chef
- Producing a wide array of high-quality dishes to wow guests
- Working with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure a smooth-running restaurant experience
- Taking charge of kitchen operations by completing the staff rotas, managing the team and running shifts
- Making the most of the groups unrivalled training and development opportunities
