A new opportunity has opened in Cardiff for a Geotechnical Engineer.

The successful Geotechnical Engineer will be working on a variety of different projects carrying out work on site and in the office. You will have the chance to work for a large ground investigation consultancy who specialise in rail and large infrastructure projects.

The role of the Geotechnical Engineer will involve the following: ground investigation design, slope stability reports, phases 1 and 2 report writing, risk assessments, core logging, soil sampling and in situ sampling.

Your role as the Geotechnical Engineer will also give you the chance to help mentor and share your skill set with junior engineers, in addition to gaining experience from senior and principal engineers.
