With over 30 years of industry presence, they are now seeking t a Senior level Civil Engineer to join their growing team due to continued project success and a strong project pipeline.
Civil Engineer Job Overview- Take a lead role in the design and delivery of civil engineering schemes across multiple sectors
- Focus on drainage and infrastructure design for planning and technical design stages
- Deliver projects typically ranging from £4M-£15M in value
- Work across residential developments, education facilities, commercial refurbishments, and heritage conversions
- Coordinate designs with internal structural teams and external consultants
- Ensure compliance with adoptable standards, including SuDS, Section 104, 106, and 278
- Lead client and design team meetings throughout project lifecycles
- Oversee and manage the technical output of junior team members
- Provide mentorship and support to assistant engineers within the civil team
- Contribute to continuous improvement and collaborative team culture
- Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years' UK-based consultancy experience
- Proficient in drainage and infrastructure design (foul & surface water)
- Experience with Section 104, 106, and 278 agreements
- Familiar with design software such as MicroDrainage, Civil 3D, or PDS
- Confident communicator and collaborative team player
- Based within a commutable distance to Cardiff, or willing to relocate
- Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
- Profit-sharing annual bonus
- 20-25 days' holiday (increasing with length of service)
