A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented Graduate Building Surveyor to join one of the UKs leading national property consultancies in their growing Cardiff office.
This highly respected firm is looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to support a diverse portfolio of work across both public and private sectors. The Cardiff team is expanding, and this role offers the perfect platform for a graduate to build their experience and progress towards RICS chartered status within a supportive, high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Degree-qualified in Building Surveying (or equivalent)
- Ideally 12+ months of relevant experience in building surveying or construction (refurbishment or minor works projects)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts and build strong relationships
- Demonstrated ability to support project delivery with sound contract administration and organisational skills
- A clear focus on ongoing professional development, including the ambition to achieve RICS chartership
