Are you an operations manager with experience in domestic utility works, looking for job security and a chance to join the renewable energy market?

Do you want to work for a fast-growing organisation who have an incredibly secure project pipeline, who work with leading construction and housing association organisations?

My client is a leading energy efficiency specialist who provide energy saving solutions to domestic properties. They have recently won large contracts again and have a secure, long term project pipeline. With heavy government backing, they are in a huge period of growth and are looking to increase their headcount as such.

In this role, you will ultimately be overseeing domestic energy installation and maintenance projects with a variety of clients. Directly overseeing project managers, engineers and coordinators - you will be responsible in ensuring each project is delivered effectively and within schedules.

This is an ideal role for someone with experience in overseeing operations within a domestic utility-based company, looking for an influential role within a fantastic and varied project pipeline. You will be looking to work for a key player within the industry, with long term job security and progression on offer.

The Role:

  • Managing operations, covering domestic renewable energy installations and maintenance.
  • Management of project managers, engineers, coordinators and more.
  • Ensuring projects are delivered within scopes, budgets and standards.
  • Overall running of smooth project delivery, communicating with housing associations, construction contractors and more.

The Person:

  • Technical background, ideally within domestic electrics.
  • Strong experience in a management role, with the ability to command staff.
  • Experience overseeing operations within a domestic utility-industry, such as electrical works, plumbing and heating or renewables.
  • Technical accreditations.
