Hooray are delighted to be supporting a long standing client to assist in the recruitment for a Maintenance Technician to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis!

As a Maintenance Technician, you will:
- Carry out maintenance and upkeep of all properties within the group
- Conduct repairs in line with the maintenance system
- Ensure regular testing of fire alarms, water temperatures, emergency lighting etc
- Liaise with external contractors as and when required
- Report any faulty equipment/damages to buildings
To be successful as a Maintenance Technician, you will:
- Have proven experience working in a maintenance role
- Be strong in general repairs (multi-trade)
- Have an excellent understanding of health and safety
- Hold a full UK Driving Licence
- It would be advantageous to have experience of working within a care/housing environment, however, this is not essential
In return, my client are offering a starting salary of £28,000 per annum, plus a company vehicle. Please note, this is a full-time, permanent opportunity.
