Job Title: Contracts Supervisor
Day Rate: 250 per day
Location: South Wales
Sector: Timber Frame
Are you an experienced Supervisor within the timber frame sector?
Would you enjoy working for a large business, delivering across multiple sites?
As a Contracts Supervisor, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple timber frame projects across the South Wales region. You will ensure a smooth delivery process, picking up any technical issues with the timber frame kits and reporting back to the manufacturing facility. Your communication skills will be essential as you will be managing teams of sub contractors on site as well as reporting back to the clients on a daily basis with progress reports.
We would welcome conversations with candidates who:
- Possess a solid background & understanding of timber frame construction
- Are able to oversee multiple projects at once
- Can communicate to a high level
- Hold valid SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid certificates
- Are a strong problem solver, able to troubleshoot issues on site
- Will travel to multiple sites
