- Delivering training programmes to assigned learners, ensuring the highest standards are consistently met.
- Visiting learners in the workplace, providing hands on support and conducting assessments in real working environments.
- Creating Individual Learning Plans and mapping out clear, achievable learning routes for each learner.
- Maintaining accurate records, including attendance and guided contact hours, to meet funding and audit requirements.
- Contributing to performance targets, helping learners achieve their goals and supporting overall team success.
- Developing course materials that make learning meaningful, accessible, and relevant.
- Collaborating with colleagues to continuously improve course delivery and learner outcomes.
- Recording learner achievements and ensuring all awarding body criteria are met.
- Providing additional learner support as needed to help every individual succeed.
- A solid understanding of Safeguarding and the Prevent Duty, alongside previous assessor experience.
- Understanding of publicly funded training programmes (desirable).
- Hands on experience delivering training with a background in Work-Based Learning.
- Familiarity with Award Body processes and practices.
- CAVA (or equivalent) qualification
- ESW Communication Level 2
- A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- TAQA or equivalent assessor qualification
- City & Guilds 9300 Level 2 in Supporting Adults and Young People in Essential Skills (or a willingness to work towards it)

- Strong organisational and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent Welsh speaker (desirable)
