Totum is currently working with a leading law firm to recruit a fully remote Credit Controller for a 12-month FTC.
The ideal Credit Controller will be responsible for:
- Chasing debt by phone and email.
- Working closely with Partners, Lawyers, and Clients to resolve outstanding payments.
- Managing expectations and building strong working relationships.
- Hitting cash collection targets and reducing aged debt.
- Finding smarter ways to collect cash and stay ahead of delays.
The Ideal Credit Controller will have:
- Experienced Credit Controller
- Client-focused, with a strong service approach.
- Organised, adaptable, and used to working under pressure.
- Proactive, with good attention to detail and strong communication.
- Confident using Excel and Word.
