Teaching Assistant - Primary School?? Grangetown/Butetown, Cardiff?? Full-time | Until July 2025 (with potential to continue in September)

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school located in the Grangetown/Butetown area of Cardiff. This is a full-time position running until the end of the academic year in July 2025, with the possibility of extension in September for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with classroom management and the preparation of learning materials

  • Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for all students

  • Provide support to the class on a general basis
Requirements:
  • Strong experience working in a Primary School setting is essential

  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, TA certificate) are desirable but not essential

  • A valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check - we can assist with this!

  • EWC (Education Workforce Council) registration - we can assist with this!
