Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality electrical repairs and planned maintenance across domestic properties
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults to ensure homes are safe and compliant
• Carry out testing and planned preventative maintenance in line with regulations
• Support the wider team with occasional multi-trade tasks
• Manage daily workload using job management software and mobile technology
• Maintain excellent customer service standards and complete satisfaction surveys

Qualifications & Experience Required

• AM2 Qualified
• 18th Edition (BS7671)
• Full, clean UK driving licence
• Strong knowledge of domestic electrical installations
