I'm working with a growing, independent civil and structural engineering consultancy with a great reputation across South Wales and the South West. They've built strong, long-term relationships with a broad mix of clients in the residential, commercial, and education sectors - and are now looking to strengthen their Cardiff team with a Senior or Principal Civil Engineer.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to have a real voice in the direction of a team, contribute to project delivery and business development, and help shape the future of a growing office.

• Influence and autonomy - You'll have a key role in the Cardiff office's growth, contributing to team leadership, mentoring junior staff, and managing key client relationships.

• A degree-qualified Civil Engineer with strong consultancy experience
• A background in drainage and highway design (SuDS, S104, S278, S38)
• Strong working knowledge of Site 3D, Civil 3D and MicroDrainage/InfoDrainage
• Confident communicator, able to lead projects and engage with clients
• Keen to mentor junior engineers and play a role in developing the team
