Anderselite are currently representing a RIBA chartered, multi-disciplined Architectural practice based in Cardiff. Due to a recent influx of Government, Commercial, Retail and Banking projects, this client is currently seeking a range of experienced Architectural Technicians with a good solid track record in practice. 

Responsibilities:
Drafting and creating drawings and documentation on Revit and AutoCAD
Working independently and within their technical teams. As well as the design team
Prepare and coordinate detailed designs and production drawings for tender and construction.
Create specifications with NBS software advise on materials and construction details.
Ensure quality and accuracy of drawings to meet deadlines and standards.
Oversee project management, covering health & safety, building regulations, and daily admin.
Support design and construction stages with technical insights.
Conduct site surveys and attend client and design meetings as needed.
Follow company standards in quality, environmental, and safety procedures.
Manage time efficiently and flag resource needs when required.

Skills & Experience:
Architectural Technology degree
Proven track record within a range of sectors 
Proficiency with Revit
Skilled with AutoCAD
