Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily financial tasks such as accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
Provide financial information and support to shareholders.
Contribute to the creation and improvement of financial policies to boost operational effectiveness.
Stay informed about current financial regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance.
Meet monthly financial deadlines consistently.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a finance-related role; experience in the construction sector or knowledge of the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) is a plus.
Strong analytical abilities to interpret detailed financial data.
Proficiency with Xero accounting software.
Excellent communication skills to work effectively across different teams.
Familiarity with the CVR system is desirable.
