We’re on the hunt for a Performance Manager who’s not just about numbers, but about people. You'll take the lead in coaching, supporting, and driving performance across a team of 15+ exceptional IFAs spread across South Wales and Hertfordshire.

- Leading from the front — motivating a geographically diverse team of financial advisors to deliver outstanding results.
- Providing strategic support and coaching to help advisors exceed client expectations.
- Monitoring performance metrics and implementing plans that drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with senior leadership to shape the future of financial advice delivery.
