We are looking for a dedicated Parts Advisor to join our small, dynamic team in Cardiff working for a well-established dealership.
Reporting to the Parts Manager, as a Parts Advisor you will play a key role in ensuring customers and Technicians have the right parts exactly when they need them.
Salary - £30,000 OTE
Working Pattern: Mon - Fri 8:00am – 5:00pm, Saturdays on rota 8:30am - 12:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate parts sales to maintain seamless availability for customers and Technicians.
- Engage with customers both in person and over the phone, handling enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Serve parts to in-house and retail customers.
- Manage stock deliveries and collections, including some lifting and carrying.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored product/service recommendations.

- Motor parts experience is essential.
