- Deal with incoming correspondences from clients and ensure that these are recorded on our case management system.
- Undertake title investigations to satisfy lender criteria and mortgage conditions.
- Review Mortgage offers and comply with requirements.
- Conduct legal checks to secure lender security is in place on land registry title register.
- Ensure all redemption figures are accurate, timely and complete to ensure the new lender can be registered and that all charges registered can be redeemed.
- Work to required deadlines as imposed by lender/borrower.
- Essential: Previous experience in conveyancing case handling or within a re-mortgage environment.
- Demonstrate a professional work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills to manage workload.
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
- Outstanding customer care / customer service experience.
- Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented.
