- Lead and mentor a team of two SEO Specialists and a Digital PR Executive to achieve lead generation and revenue goals.
- Analyse search trends and prioritise high-converting keyword strategies to drive business value.
- Develop confident, proactive responses to algorithm updates to protect rankings and seize new opportunities.
- Identify and escalate technical SEO issues, collaborating with developers to deliver impactful fixes.
- Oversee Core Web Vitals, on-page SEO optimisation, and site health audits.
- Partner closely with the SEO Content Manager to align content strategies with SEO goals.
- Lead and support digital PR and backlink campaigns to build domain authority and quality traffic.
- Champion SEO best practices across the business through early project involvement and internal training.
- Drive a culture of commercial focus, ensuring all SEO activities directly support business growth.
- Advanced expertise in SEO, including on-page, off-page, and technical optimisation.
- Proven experience managing or mentoring a small SEO team with clear performance improvements.
- Strong proficiency in GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, Looker Studio, and Screaming Frog.
