3 Month Ongoing Contract 

• Supports a major project focused on improving decision-making and achieving timely permanence for children and young people

• Provides administrative support including:

  • Minute and note taking

  • Creating and tracking action points

  • Managing competing pressures and tight deadlines

• Works as part of a team delivering the project from conception to implementation

• Receives full training and ongoing coaching

• Collaborates with professionals across multiple agencies and services in Cardiff

• Requires strong communication, organisation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to manage conflicting demands
