The Job Role
- An Assistant General Manager to lead a busy high end restaurant
- An Assistant General Manager to oversee the high volume operation
- An Assistant General Manager to interact with every dining guest to ensure all expectations are met
- An Assistant General Manager to manage a large team of around 30.
- An Assistant General Manager that can lead from the front.
- An Assistant General Manager to continually drive standards of service forward
The Requirements
- The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on operator who thrives in a busy high end environment.
- An Assistant General Manager with proven experience in a similar large venue.
- An Assistant General Manager that is very guest service driven and wants to make sure that every guest leaves with a smile on their face.
- The ideal candidate will be from a full service restaurant.
- Experience with managing a large team is a must
- An engaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality is a must whilst also being able to hold a presence in the restaurant
