Academics Ltd is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated ALN Teaching Assistants to work in primary schools across Cardiff. We are an established and respected education recruitment agency working with a wide range of schools throughout South Wales.
About the Role:
Support pupils on a one-to-one or small group basis with ALN, including ASD, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties.
Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to implement personalised learning strategies.
Help create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
Contribute to the educational and social development of pupils, encouraging engagement and independence.
Requirements:
Previous experience working with children, ideally in a school or ALN settings
A relevant qualification (e.g. Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant) is desirable but not essential.
An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one through Academics).

Competitive daily pay rates: 83.50 - 90.00 per day (including holiday pay).
