At Academics, we are dedicated to finding long-term placements within schools that foster a dynamic and supportive learning environment where students thrive academically and personally. Additionally, this role is situated within a passionate, committed and skilled mathematics department in a Cardiff secondary school. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about inspiring students and contributing to their academic success in mathematics. Within this role, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons that promote the understanding and enjoyment of mathematics. You will teach a range of students from Key Stage 3 - Key Stage 5. our role will also involve developing lesson plans, assessing student progress, and maintaining a positive, collaborative classroom environment.

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • DBS
  • EWC
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students.
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners.

  • Lives in Cardiff
  • Full Driving Licence
