What You'll Do:

  • Lead by Example: Manage a small team of 360 recruiters while running your own successful recruitment desk.

  • Drive Profitability: Ensure targets are met and performance remains high.

  • Sales Strategy: Shape the sales strategy and set KPIs to drive growth.

  • Expand Client Base: Grow and develop your client base to gain the greatest market share.

  • Set Standards: Demonstrate expertise in recruitment and set an example in candidate and client-facing activities.
