  • Provide expert guidance across a range of HR topics including employee relations, performance, change, and well-being
  • Support managers through complex issues such as disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management
  • Shape and implement values-led HR policies while ensuring compliance with employment law
  • Design and deliver engaging training on topics like mental health, management skills, and workplace culture
  • Lead HR projects including restructures, recruitment, and organisational change
  • Champion a culture of well-being and help implement initiatives that support mental health and prevent burnout
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute insights for continuous improvement
  • Flexibly support the wider team as needed – everyone gets stuck in

  • Confident knowledge of HR principles and employment law
