KeyResponsibilities:

Providetechnicalsupportandtroubleshootingforescalatedissuesfromthe1stLinesupportteam.
Diagnoseandresolvetechnicalhardwareandsoftwareissuesacrossavarietyofplatformsandsystems.
Install,configure,andmaintaincomputerhardware,software,systems,networks,printers,andscanners.
Ensuresecuritymeasuresareimplementedandmaintainedacrossallsystems.
CollaboratewithotherteammemberstoimproveefficiencyandeffectivenessofIToperations.

Requirements:

ExtensiveexperienceworkingwithO365,Intune,Azure,andActiveDirectory,Networking(DNS/DHCP).
PreviousexperienceworkingforaManagedServiceProvider(MSP)ishighlydesirable.
Strongknowledgeofcloud-basedsolutionsandend-usersupport.
Excellentcommunicationandcustomerserviceskills.
Abilitytoworkindependentlyandaspartofateam.
Relevantcertifications(e.g.,MicrosoftCertified:ModernDesktopAdministratorAssociate)areaplus.
