What you’ll be doing

• Leading pre-sales conversations and shaping network solutions for mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Designing and delivering end-to-end networking solutions.
• Balancing your time between hands-on technical delivery, solution architecture, and leadership responsibilities.
• Driving growth and best practices across the networking practice.
• Mentoring and growing a high-performing team as the business expands.

What we’re looking for

• Hands-on experience as a network engineer or architect, moving into pre-sales and leadership.
• Strong consultative and commercial skills, comfortable discussing technical and business requirements.
• Expertise in Fortinet, Aruba, Cisco, and SD-WAN.
• Experience in a consultancy or MSP environment, ideally with mid-market or enterprise clients.
• Ambitious, people-focused, and ready to make an impact.
