The role: You will lead and deliver the roadmap for content delivery systems in collaboration with product heads and technical teams. You will manage a team of 7 and initially partner with a peer lead to shape and drive long-term goals, whilst overseeing large-scale digital transformation initiatives using AI, web, and enterprise learning technologies.

The keys skills & experience my client are looking for:

  • Deep experience with enterprise content management, learning & development systems, AI-driven build experience, and web development.
  • Strong background in overseeing large-scale programmes.
  • Industry background in education, healthcare, or other regulated sectors with exposure to EdTech.
  • A confident decision-maker and influencer, with excellent stakeholder and team management skills.
  • Foundational understanding of software development principles, tools, and workflows.
  • Familiar with IT systems, the software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, ITIL, and platforms like ECMS and PL systems.
  • Skilled in Agile project management, particularly using Scrum to guide product development cycles.
  • Proven ability to lead globally distributed teams and manage collaboration across multiple time zones and stakeholders.
  • Experience in growing and leading teams of Product Engineers.
