They focus on E-Commerce and Facility Management solutions with an impressive selection of clients.The Project Manager will play a key role in the successful delivery of projects and solutions to their customers. As part of the delivery team, the Project Manager will be contributing towards the achievement of the company's strategic and operational targets and overall business aims. Managing the end-to-end delivery, the successful candidate will be an experienced Project Manager with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder managementDuties and ResponsibilitiesWhilst varied in nature, the key duties of the role are;* Delivering projects to scope, on time, and within budget * Delivering projects in line with ISO9001 standards* Planning, monitoring and control of projects from inception through to close including;o Creation and ownership of the project plano Resource forecastingo Monitoring, review and reporting of all project attributes o Risk and opportunity management, change control, stakeholder managemento Closure and handover to business as usual * Understanding of the product suite in order to translate the customer's business objectives into a "fit for purpose" solution* Understanding customer requirements and managing customer expectations* Facilitation and delivery of workshops and training sessions* Provide guidance and support to team members on project management methodologies* Quality management reviews prior to customer deliveryExperience and Professional Qualities* At least 3 years Project Management experience throughout the full Project Management Lifecycle* Working knowledge of Change Control* Working knowledge of various delivery methodologies (i.e. Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2) * Previous IT software implementation experience* Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills* Strong stakeholder management experience* Excellent verbal and written communicator * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, responding and adapting to change with a positive can-do attitude* Ability to challenge when something doesn't seem right * Facilitates effective team interaction and communication* Acknowledges and appreciates each team member's contributions to project successes.You will be based in the Cardiff office at least 3 days per week so you will need to be based within commuting distance.Sponsorship will not be provided for this role.We are interviewing currently so apply now for immediate consideration for the Project Manager position or contact Stuart Barnes at ITSS Recruitment for further information.
