Work ScheduleMon - Fri 09:00 -17:30Contract Length: 5 monthsWeare seeking a flexible, motivated, and enthusiastic individual to join ourexpanding mobile support team. You will play a key role in delivering ITsupport solutions to a number of high-profile clients across the region.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site IT support across various client locations within the designated region
  • Work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment
  • Deliver hardware break-fix services (training provided if necessary)
  • Maintain and update service tickets accurately and promptly
  • Participate in an on-call rota when required

Essential Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft technologies including:
  • Windows 7, 10, and 11
  • Microsoft 365 suite
  • Excellent customer-facing and communication skills
  • Ability and willingness to obtain Government and individual customer security clearances
  • Previous experience in hardware break-fix support
  • Certifications or accreditations relevant to IT support (e.g., HP or similar)
