Graduate Systems Analyst (Entry-Level)Location: Cardiff

SRM Recruitment are seeking a motivated and ambitious Graduate Systems Analyst on behalf of our client, a forward-thinking organisation based in Cardiff. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Computer Science graduate to begin their career in enterprise systems and digital transformation.

In this entry-level role, you’ll receive full professional development and mentorship while gaining hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. You’ll play a key role in supporting system optimisation, data analysis, and business process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in configuring and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations modules.
  • Collaborate with finance and IT teams to identify and resolve system inefficiencies.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable solutions.
  • Use tools such as SQL, Python, and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
  • Document and improve business processes through mapping and optimisation.
  • Support integration with D365 Customer Engagement and Project Operations.
