Hays are now looking for an IT Systems Analyst for one of our local clients.
- Day rate: Negotiable (Inside IR35)
- Hybrid Working 1-2 days a week onsite
- Location is Cardiff
What You'll Be Doing
You'll support the development of a new apprenticeship system by mapping current and future IT requirements, analyzing integration needs, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure a smooth transition. This is a project-focused role where you'll help shape the digital infrastructure for a major programme launch.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in IT systems analysis and mapping.
- Strong understanding of system development and integration projects.
- Ability to work with technical teams (IT, data/statistics) and interpret complex requirements.
- Experience in change management and implementing system changes.
- Familiarity with government data collection systems or similar platforms (beneficial).
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
