Key Responsibilities
Achieving Results
Site & Office Audits: Conduct regular audits to assess compliance and deliver insightful reports on findings, helping to ensure ongoing operational success.
External Audits: Facilitate external accreditation and surveillance audits, reviewing findings, identifying trends, and guiding corrective actions.
Performance Monitoring: Collect relevant data, analyse trends, and generate statistical reports to track and enhance compliance performance.
Regional HS&E Team Support: Assist the broader team by offering communications and administrative support, ensuring smooth regional operations.
Managing the Process
Compliance Advice: Provide expert advice on operational compliance, conducting audits and delivering detailed findings to drive improvement.
Process Updates: Distribute updates and improvements across workplaces, keeping documents current and accessible for all teams.New Starter Inductions: Play an integral part in welcoming and onboarding new employees, ensuring they understand procedures from day one.
Quality Compliance
Site File & Noticeboard Management: Oversee the process for issuing site files and managing noticeboards, ensuring consistency and compliance across all sites.
Business Systems Reporting: Provide monthly reports on business systems, offering valuable insights to the leadership team.
Bid Writing Support: Offer crucial support to the Bid Writing team, providing the necessary documentation and evidence for successful submissions.
