Due to ongoing expansion, they are seeking a Senior Wealth Manager to support their growing team of Financial Advisers.

In this newly created leadership role, you will be responsible for: Senior Wealth Manager

  • Providing one-to-one mentoring and support to Financial Advisers.
  • Setting, monitoring, and reviewing annual business plans, budgets, and targets.
  • Leading on recruitment processes and conducting annual appraisals.
  • Establishing and overseeing Personal Development Plans.
  • Assisting with the firm’s wider business strategy and helping to develop new business streams.
  • Ensuring high professional standards and FCA compliance across all operations.
  • Supporting the Senior Management team with strategic policy initiatives and project work.
  • Building and maintaining strong local professional introducer relationships.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Senior Wealth Management professional seeking a more autonomous leadership role where they can drive real, meaningful change.

Requirements:

  • Solid background in Private Client Wealth Management, with a proven track record in sales and Adviser management.
  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent) is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentational skills, with the confidence to challenge existing processes and innovate.
