About the Role:
We are currently seeking a talentedArchitectural Technologistto join our growing and dynamic team based in Cardiff Bay. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality design and technical solutions for both residential and commercial projects, ranging from luxury homes to cutting-edge office spaces. Key Responsibilities:
- Producing detailed design drawings and technical specifications usingREVIT.
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Developing and maintaining technical drawings and documentation for both residential and commercial projects.
- Managing project delivery from concept to completion, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance with regulations.
- Assisting in the preparation of planning applications, building regulations, and construction documentation.
- Working closely with clients and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as anArchitectural Technologist, with a strong portfolio of high-end residential and/or commercial projects.
- Expertise inREVIT(essential), with a solid understanding of BIM and other design software.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of building regulations, construction methods, and materials.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A positive attitude and the ability to bring creative solutions to design challenges.
- Relevant degree or professional qualification (or equivalent experience) in Architectural Technology or a related field.
