- Leading or supporting a variety of landscape projects from early-stage design to delivery
- Working on public realm improvements, streetscapes, and regeneration masterplans
- Contributing to a collaborative, multi-disciplinary studio environment
- Helping develop team capability and design direction
- Experience delivering landscape architecture projects in a consultancy or similar setting
- Comfortable across design and technical stages
- Ability to lead discussions with clients, local authorities, and communities
- Excellent design, communication, and coordination skills
