Associate/Senior Associate - Agriculture and Estates

Following the continued growth in their Agriculture and Estates team, our client is looking for an Associate or Senior Associate for their Cardiff team. This role offers the opportunity to lead and grow the transactional work with the support of a comprehensive team. You will handle high-quality work in various transactional matters including sales, purchases, and mortgages, as well as advising on estate management, agricultural tenancies, tax, and succession planning.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Advise on a range of issues across the breadth of agriculture and estates.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge on issues within agriculture and estates, working collaboratively with colleagues across the whole team to share knowledge.
  • Develop opportunities for referral of work across the business and actively participate in business development opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 4-8 years PQE.
  • Some previous experience in agricultural work, although this may be part of a broader property role.
  • Excellent technical ability and drafting skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and successfully manage client relationships.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Proactive, ambitious, and organised with a keen eye for detail.
