Defendant Clinical Negligence Principal Associate – Cardiff Top Tier UK Law FirmSalary £70,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits Hybrid Working (2 Days Office / 3 Days Home) My client, a top-tier UK law firm and they are looking to recruit a Defendant Clinical Negligence Principal Associate (5 years+ PQE) to join its team in Cardiff. Why Join? Due to ongoing growth, the firm is looking to add to its clinical negligence team. You will be joining a team that handles some of the most complex, high-value cases in the country, acting for clients such as NHS Resolution and private healthcare providers. My client is also happy to consider a claimant solicitor looking to move into a defendant role. What You’ll Be Doing:

Running your own caseload of fast-track and multi-track defendant clinical negligence files
Assisting Partners on high-value and complex claims, often valued in the millions
Working closely with clients to providing strategic advice
Mentoring and coaching junior members of the team

Ideal Candidate:

5 years+ PQE with experience in clinical negligence
Confident managing your own caseload and contributing to high-value cases

Salary & Benefits:

£70,000 DOE
Hybrid working (2 days in the office / 3 days from home, with court appearances office-based)
28 days annual leave plus bank holidays
