Ideally you'll have upwards of 4 years PQE and be motivated by claimant side work , a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters.

Typical matters could relate to : discrimination and harassment, unfair and wrongful dismissal, and whistleblowing. Post termination restrictive covenants, share options, contract reviews, interim injunction, bonus and contractual disputes.

You should have tribunal experience. Any high court experience would absolutely be of interest to the firm.
