Salary: Up to £65,000 (DOE)

About the Role
A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Family Law Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join a highly regarded national family law practice in Cardiff. This is a key position within an established and supportive team, offering the chance to manage a high-quality caseload while helping drive the growth of the firms regional presence.
The role will involve:
Handling a diverse caseload of privately funded family matters including divorce, financial remedy, cohabitation disputes, and private children law.
Advising clients on complex family issues with empathy, discretion, and technical confidence.
Attending court hearings and conducting advocacy where appropriate.
Drafting legal documentation including consent orders, parenting agreements, and financial disclosure.
Building strong relationships with clients and referral sources, contributing to business development activities.
To be successful in this role, you will:
Be a qualified solicitor with at least 5 years' PQE in family law.
Demonstrate strong experience in handling complex divorce and financial remedy cases.
Show excellent interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
Be confident working independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
Have a genuine passion for family law and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
