A leading Legal 500 law firm in Cardiff is looking for a High Net Worth Residential Conveyancer to join their highly regarded property team. The Role:
Managing a caseload of premium residential property transactions from instruction to completion. Dealing with complex title issues, listed buildings, leasehold, and bespoke property arrangements. Working closely with the Private Client, Family, and Commercial teams to provide a seamless service to HNW individuals. Building and maintaining long-standing relationships with referrers, brokers, and private banks. About You:
A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with 5+ years PQE (flexible for the right candidate). Demonstrable experience in handling HNW or complex conveyancing files. Client-focused with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A strong commercial awareness and ability to work autonomously or as part of a wider team. Whats on Offer:
