A rare opportunity has arisen with a leading national firm in Cardiff. They are seeking a junior property lawyer 1-3 PQE to join their residential property team, working directly alongside a highly regarded partner.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a lawyer at the early stages of their career to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will be involved in a wide range of residential property matters, providing invaluable exposure to high-quality work and client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, and leasehold matters.
Work closely with a respected partner, gaining insight and hands-on experience in managing a caseload.
Provide advice to clients and liaise with other departments within the firm.
Draft legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
Develop strong relationships with clients and support the team’s overall objectives.
Key Requirements:
A qualified solicitor 1-3 PQE with experience in residential property law
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
A proactive approach to learning and development.
Ability to work effectively within a team.
