TSR Legal are proud to be working in partnership with a highly successful and expanding law firm, set to open brand-new offices in Central Cardiff this September. As part of this exciting growth, we are looking to appoint two experienced Senior Property Solicitors to join the team.
The Role:
Manage a varied caseload of commercial and/or residential property matters
Provide expert legal advice to a wide range of clients
Draft and review contracts and other legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail
Act as a mentor or team manager, supporting junior solicitors and contributing to the development and success of the team

Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales
Proven experience in property law (commercial and/or residential)
Strong drafting and legal analysis skills
Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role would be advantageous
