Site Supervisor

4Site Recruitment are seeking a Site Supervisor to join a CAT B Design & Build fit out project in Cardiff. The project is approx covers 8,000 sq. ft and is valued at £800k, including offices, meeting rooms, open-plan areas and breakaway lounges. The project is currently in pre-construction and due to enter the construction phase within four weeks.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee labourers and subcontractors on site
• Manage health & safety compliance
• Assist with deliveries and general site supervision
• Act as the local point of contact when the Project Manager is not on site
• Support with maintaining programme and site progress

Requirements:

• SMSTS and First Aid tickets
• Previous experience on CAT A or CAT B fit out projects (essential)
• Strong initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Must be reliable and trustworthy - able to take ownership of site activitie

Candidate Profile:

• This role would suit a Site Supervisor or an experienced Assistant Site Manager with fit out experience, who is confident running day-to-day site operations. You'll be expected to take initiative, keep the project on track, and support the team without needing daily instruction.
