Job Title: Site Manager - Fire Safety Project
Location: Swansea
Contract Type: Temporary (approx. 58 weeks)
Start Date: End of April 2025
We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a fire safety project in Swansea, covering the installation of fire alarms and fire doors. The project is valued at £1million.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing daily site operations
- Conducting inductions and toolbox talks
- Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed
- Preparing and managing RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements)
- Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers
Requirements:
- Valid SMSTS
- CSCS card
- First Aid certification
- Previous experience managing fire safety or similar projects preferred
