Job Description:

We are seeking a Site Manager with valid SC clearance to join our team on a short-term contract. You will be working with a government agency managing office remediation works in Cardiff.

This role is crucial in ensuring that these projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee works to a office building and overseeing key sub-contrcators
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, government standards, and project specifications.
Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality of work.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
Address any issues or risks that may arise during the course of the project.
Requirements:
Valid SC clearance (Security Check) is essential for this role as well as CITV SMSTS
Proven experience in project management, particularly in office refurbishment and/or asset replacement.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in different locations.
Familiarity with government or public sector project delivery.

Duration: 5 weeks
Inside IR35 - Payment made via PAYE Umbrella
