Personal Assistant to Senior Directors (6-Week Temp)

Location: Cardiff City Centre (on site 2 days per week)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-5:00 pm, 35 hours per week
Rate: 20 per hour



About the Role

We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Personal Assistant to support four of the most senior directors within our business. This is a short-term, six-week assignment for a polished, proactive PA who can hit the ground running and provide high-level administrative support.



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex diaries, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transport.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for senior management.

  • Act as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining discretion and professionalism.

  • Provide general PA support as required, anticipating needs and prioritising tasks effectively.



What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant supporting senior management or directors.

  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Polished, professional demeanor with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and discretion.
