Location: Swansea

We are currently seeking a Tenant Liaison Officer (TLO) to support a residential fire safety project in Swansea, involving the installation of fire alarms and fire doors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the main point of contact between residents and the project team

  • Coordinating access for works and scheduling appointments

  • Handling resident queries and concerns with professionalism

  • Providing regular updates to both tenants and site management

  • Ensuring minimal disruption to residents during works

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a TLO or customer-facing role within construction or housing

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider site team
