Job Title: Tenant Liaison Officer (TLO) - Fire Safety Project
Location: Swansea
Contract Type: Temporary (approx. 58 weeks)
Start Date: End of April 2025
We are currently seeking a Tenant Liaison Officer (TLO) to support a residential fire safety project in Swansea, involving the installation of fire alarms and fire doors.
Key Responsibilities:

Acting as the main point of contact between residents and the project team

Coordinating access for works and scheduling appointments

Handling resident queries and concerns with professionalism

Providing regular updates to both tenants and site management

Ensuring minimal disruption to residents during works
Requirements:

Previous experience in a TLO or customer-facing role within construction or housing

Excellent communication and organisational skills
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a wider site team
