Very attractive opportunity for a Senior Construction Manager to work for a leading main contractor on a prestigious project in the heart of Cardiff that will look great on your CV and will be very exciting to work on.
Looking for an experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead various packages on a large mixed use scheme which will involve new build and refurbishment circa 200m.
Senior Construction Manager responsibilities
- Managing sub-structure to the super structure packages and reporting into the Project Manager.
- Pushing the programme and keeping on top of the project, a key team member to lead other Site Managers.
- Ensuring H&S and Quality on site are to a high standard and ensuring project is meeting client timescales and quality expectations.
The ideal Senior Construction Manager
- Looking for a Senior Construction manager who is ambitious, dynamic and has a Can do attitude.
- Experience working for a tier one main contractor.
- Experience working on large projects circa 100million.
- Ability to plan ahead, follow programme and get involved with the design where needed
