• Lead, inspire, and develop production, logistics, and operations teams.

• Work closely with senior leadership to deliver strategic initiatives and ambitious targets.
• Monitor performance, drive continuous improvement, and make a real difference across the business.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experienced operations or general management professional
• Strong knowledge of windows, doors, or building product supply chains is a real advantage.
• Exceptional leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
